If you are 19 or older and want legal cannabis brought to your door in Toronto, you have two distinct routes, and they are not the same business. One is the government's own Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS), which ships from a central warehouse. The other is an AGCO-licensed private retail store that packs and delivers orders locally. Both are legal, both check your ID, and both draw from the same regulated supply. The differences are in speed, geography, and how the order reaches you. Route one: ordering direct from OCS.ca

The Ontario Cannabis Store is the province's sole legal wholesaler, so every product sold anywhere in Ontario passes through the OCS warehouse first.
